The Scanbody Kit is a digital implant restoration impression kit designed specifically for full/partial edentulous patients. It includes various sizes of Scanbody scanners for precise installation on the intraoral implant platform. The intraoral scanner quickly acquires spatial position, angle, and spacing data of multiple implant units, providing crucial data for CAD/CAM digital model creation and final restorations (such as bridges and abutments).

Multiple Sizes Covered

The kit integrates various sizes including the long series (S-16/L-25), Narrow Scanbody, Reverse Scanbody, and G/H Scanbody. It covers common multi-unit implant arrangement schemes, handling everything from standard 16-tooth and 25-tooth arrangements to special reverse positioning requirements.

High-Precision Digital Acquisition

All scanning bars are CNC precision machined for a seamless fit with the implant interface. With its specialized scanning optics, the Scanbody delivers clear, artifact-free edge data in intraoral scanners, ensuring data accuracy and directly determining the fit of the final restoration.

Quick Adaptation and Differentiation

There are other different screw types which attach to the scanbody for the various implant systems it is used with. This Kit has four screw types, which are M1425 (brown), M1525 (blue), M1430 (silver) and M1835 (gold). The colour difference means that quick differentiation can be made by the surgeon when using the product on a patient and minimizes mistakes.

Convenient Aseptic Management

With a separate green, tiered storage box, all instruments are arranged properly, as well as can be sterilized under high temperature and high pressure, ensuring aseptic operation in the operating room and operation-instrument pick-up in a rapid way.
