Core Product Information

The Implant Guide Kit is a specialized auxiliary tool used in dental implant surgery to control the axis, spacing, and parallelism of implants. Also known as a parallel bar kit, it uses a guide drill, positioning plate, parallel bar, and tripod locator to help dentists ensure that all implants are parallel and evenly spaced when performing multiple implant surgeries, laying a precise foundation for subsequent restoration fabrication. The blue silicone positioning plate is a key component used for quickly measuring and controlling tooth spacing.

Features and Advantages:

Precise Axial Control

The guide drill (GUIDE Ø2.2) can determine the direction during initial cavity preparation. Combined with the parallel bar (ELLIPSE PARALLEL PIN) and tripod locator (TRIPOD PARALLEL PIN), it allows for real-time monitoring of the parallelism of the implant cavity, avoiding angular deviations.

Standardized Spacing Design

The kit includes 6.0-10.0mm silicone positioning plates (SPACER, blue component in the image), which are mounted on the guide drill to quickly measure the distance between teeth, precisely controlling implant spacing and ensuring successful placement of the subsequent restorative bridge.

Multi-size compatibility

The parallel rods cover common sizes such as 4.0/5.0, 6.0/7.0, 8.0/9.0, and 10.0/11.0, accommodating implants of different diameters; the tripod locator supports positioning multiple implants with different spacings, such as 14/15/16 and 17/18/19 mm.

Color-coded identification system

Different sizes of positioning plates are distinguished by different colors (gold/blue), enabling quick identification during surgery, avoiding confusion, and improving surgical efficiency.

Medical-grade materials

Metal components are made of high-strength medical-grade stainless steel/anodized aluminum, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and can be repeatedly sterilized under high temperature and pressure; the silicone positioning plates are tough, not easily deformed, and can also be sterilized at high temperatures.

Dedicated sterilization box

A perforated aluminum alloy storage box with partitioned storage facilitates intraoperative retrieval and postoperative sterilization management, complying with aseptic operation standards.

Standard Clinical Procedure

Select and Install Silicone Positioning Pads:** Based on the preoperatively designed implant spacing, select silicone positioning pads (SPACER, e.g., 6.0/7.0/8.0/9.0/10.0 mm) of the corresponding diameter and install them on the guide drill (GUIDE Ø2.2).

Preparing the First Implant Site: Using the guide drill with the positioning pads installed, prepare the initial cavity for the first implant site.

Insert Ellipse Parallel Pins: Insert ellipse parallel pins of the corresponding size into the prepared first cavity as an axial reference for subsequent cavity preparations.

Installing Silicone Positioning Pads of the Same Size: Install silicone positioning pads of the same size as the designed spacing on the guide drill.

Preparing the Second Implant Site: Using the parallel pins as a reference, the silicone positioning pads on the guide drill will abut against the parallel pins, precisely controlling the distance between the two implants to complete the preparation of the second implant site, ensuring that both spacing and parallelism meet the standards.

Preparing the Second Implant Site: Application Scenarios

Implantation of multiple consecutive missing teeth, controlling the parallelism and spacing between implants.

Implantation in the aesthetic zone of anterior teeth, ensuring axial alignment of implants for easier placement of subsequent restorations.

Full/partial mouth implant restoration, providing a precise implant placement basis for long bridge fabrication.

When implant guides are not used or require intraoperative adjustment, assisting in determining implant direction and spacing.

For novice surgeons or complex cases, improving the controllability and success rate of implant surgery.
