The Debridement Round Bur, also known as a granulation tissue remover, is a specialized cutting tool used in oral and implant surgery for the rapid removal of residual bone tissue and granulation tissue. It can also be used for bone debridement and trimming.

Application Scenarios

Extraction Socket Debridement: After tooth extraction, removes granulation tissue and residual tissue from the alveolar socket, cleans the bone surface, promotes wound healing, and creates conditions for subsequent implantation.

Pre-Implant Bone Surface Preparation: Before implant socket preparation, removes soft tissue residue and granulation tissue from the bone surface to ensure a clean bone bed and improve implant osseointegration.

Periapical Lesion Debridement: During periapical surgery, uses a burr to remove diseased bone tissue and granulation tissue, control infection, and promote bone healing.
